Job description

Do you like interacting with a wide range of stake holders and can deliver a high standard of customer service?

We are looking for a full time Administrator to work as part of a flexible, customer focused team in a busy College environment providing support for the Employer Liaison teams and Heads of School.

Ensuring that administration support is highly effective, customer centred and that all work is carried out in accordance with the agreed College procedures and quality standards.

You will require outstanding communication skills and a track record of developing good working relationships. You will have a proactive and energetic approach to ensure you provide a highly effective and responsive service.

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail as the role requires maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.

This role will require working across all of the West Herts College group campuses.

You’ll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you’ll be actively encouraged to upskill.
