New opportunity to join this highly regarded Midlands firm.

Based in Leicestershire, this is a senior role within the firm to lead a well established and busy Trusts and Tax department.

The clients are high net worth business owners, charities and landowners bringing a variety of work including Farming partnerships, Lifetime Trusts, complex tax and estate planning, Will Trusts arising following administration of estates, corporate Trustees, administration of Trusts, winding up Trusts, taxation of Trusts and estates and charitable Trusts.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Handling a varied caseload of complex probate and trust matters, including agricultural land and complex tax planning
• Managing the department including line management of staff, conducting monthly one to one meetings and annual appraisals
• Networking and assisting with marketing initiatives
