My Client is a specialist within the rail sector working on numerous engineering projects from consultancy, design, operation and maintenance. With a growing team of 1000+ employees looking for a Design Manager to Join their Design team, with offices spanning the UK they have a consistency in delivering the most exciting and cutting edge civils project. My Client is searching for a Design Manager to join their team in Essex. Requirements

• Design/Construction of Rail projects
• Tier one rail contractor experience
• Civil, structural and multi-disciplinary
• Be an expert using CAD, Excel systems
• SMSTS CITB Site Manager’s Safety Training Scheme
• Valid PTS
• TWC temporary work coordinator

The successful Design Manager:

• Will be highly self-motivated and proven leadership and management skills with engineers and sub-contractors
• Have a record of accomplishment of delivering complex projects in time and within budget
• Work well under pressure and understand all/most engineering disciplines
