Finance Assistant

Salary: up to £29k depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm

Full time office based

Location: London Bridge

This successful design company based close to London Bridge are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be joining a small finance team and helping support with both purchase and sales ledger duties.

Duties of the role:

• Loading Suppliers Invoices


• Sending invoices for approval


• Monthly payment runs


• Updating cashbook on the accounting system


• Dealing with suppliers


• Dealing with general enquiries


• Commission statements


• Loading Sale invoices


• Debt collecting


• Sales Statement process

Requirements for the role:

• Have previous experience within a Finance Assistant role


• Experience using Sage


• Excellent communication skills


• Confident a vibrant personality


• Organised


• Be immediately available to start a new role
