Job description

Mobile Fabric Operative required to cover Torquay and the surrounding areas.


The Maintenance Operative role will cover a commercial contract. The role will include general maintenance of the facility and candidates with carpentry qualification are preferable.


This is a great opportunity for a Fabric Engineer to join a market leading Facilities Maintenance company


Duties to include;

• To undertake minor fabric reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
• To actively undertake proactive maintenance works.
• Low level PPM tasks as required.

Job Specifics

• Mobile role of which company van and fuel card provided with the option for private user
• Monday to Friday
• 8am-5pm (flexibility with hours)
• Perm role

Candidates must;

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Carpentry experience
• Plumbing experience
• NVQ Qualified

References must be provided to vouch for previous works and prior to starting on site candidates will be required to meet with the client for a short interview.
