Senior Marketing Executive
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
Pure are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Officer/Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years experience to collaborate with the Marketing Manager to achieve the marketing and communication goals of the business.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing effective marketing communications aligned with the strategic aims and recruitment strategy.
- Act as a Brand Guardian to maintain brand consistency and articulate the business values across all communications.
Website, Digital Advertising, CRM:- Support content strategy for website, including content creation and updates using CMS editing tools.
- Contribute to content and creative production for multi-channel digital use.
- Collaborate with digital agencies for paid advertising & SEO efforts.
- Utilise CRM platform (Hubspot) to move prospective families along the sales funnel effectively.
Organic Social Media:- Oversee management of organic social media channels, ensuring engagement with potential stakeholders.
- Work with the Marketing Officer to generate relevant content aligned with marketing priorities.
- Maintain a balanced social media calendar and monitor engagement across platforms.
Publications:- Supervise the production of marketing publications, including brochures, leaflets, and banners.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for content creation and updates.
- Ensure publications are consistent with brand and values.
Press & Promotion:- Provide content for press releases and editorial pieces in collaboration with PR agencies.
- Ensure accuracy and permissions for all press materials before release.
Digital Newsletters:- Produce regular digital newsletters for various stakeholders, aligning content with recruitment and retention goals.
Communications:- Support personalised experiences, ensuring timely updates and alignment with aims.
- Enhance digital user experience through portal and intranet improvements.
Events:- Assist in promoting and organising key marketing events both on-site and virtually.
- Attend events as needed,
Miscellaneous:- Assist in day-to-day marketing tasks and monitor competitor news.
- Adhere to policies on safeguarding and ensure well being.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in CMS editing tools, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
