Job Description

  1. Client Management: Work closely with a diverse and exciting client base, managing relationships, and understanding client needs.
  2. Project Management: Demonstrate solid project management skills from a background in creative, experiential, or events agencies. Direct experience in delivering live tours, sampling campaigns, or brand theatre is essential.
  3. B2B Event Expertise: Manage B2B events and conferences, including venue searching, booking, supplier management, and guest liaison.
  4. Operational Knowledge: Offer operational knowledge, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
  5. Client Presentations: Possess the confidence to present to and manage clients, showcasing a deep understanding of project details and objectives.
  6. Creative Briefing: Know how to effectively brief a creative department, ensuring the translation of client goals into creative solutions.
  7. Documentation: Write staffing manuals and balance small-to-medium budgets for campaigns.
  8. Team Leadership: Experience managing a direct report is advantageous, demonstrating leadership skills within the team.
  9. Continuous Learning: Be keen to learn and level up, staying updated with industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  10. Passion for Award-Winning Work: Be motivated by the prospect of creating award-winning campaigns in the live space, finding inspiration in the excitement of putting on a great show.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Proven Project Management: Demonstrated skills from a creative, experiential, or events agency background.
  2. Experiential Marketing Expertise: Direct experience in live tours, sampling campaigns, or brand theatre.
  3. B2B Event Management: Desirable experience, including venue searching, booking, and guest liaison.
  4. Client Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Possesses knowledge to ensure effective campaign execution.
  6. Confident Communication: Able to present to and manage clients with confidence.
  7. Creative Briefing: Skill in effectively briefing a creative department for innovative campaigns.
  8. Budget Management: Capable of balancing small-to-medium budgets for campaigns.
  9. Leadership Skills: Experience in managing a direct report is a plus.
