Job description
We are looking for a Night Nurse who is seeking a rewarding job within our Hafod Nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of nursing care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity.
This is a permanent role working 36.75 hours (3 shifts) a week over 7 days on night shift (19:45 - 08:00).
You will be working on a busy dementia nursing community looking after 20 residents.

Ty Penrhos Care Home in Caerphilly is a large 83 bed home providing a modern, homely setting for older people needing EMI and residential care. The design of Ty Penrhos supports an environment that enables independence and choice within a comfortable and secure setting. The Care Home has been built to exacting standards and supports residents to maximize their independence.
