The successful Recruitment Consultant will take ownership of one our established and expanding Permanent Commercial divisions; these division covers roles within Customer Service, Administration, Sales, European Languages as well as more generalist business operations up to management level. They will drive their desk to success by observing competitors, developing business, chasing leads, talent finding, interviewing, and skills matching. With no two days being the same.

Other duties may include

• Attend new business meetings
• Record new vacancies accurately and in detail
• Manage the negotiation of job offers and recruitment fees
• Work closely with the business support team to ensure quality of service

Qualifying applicants will have

• Some demonstrable work experience, preferably within a client facing or sales role
• Genuine desire to work hard to achieve great results, sometimes including longer hours
• Hungry for success with a desire to build the business and personal brand
• Recent (2020-2023) Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject achieving 2.1 or higher preferred
• GCSE grades B or higher in Maths and English essential
