Location: Doncaster area (Hybrid working)
Salary range £40,000 to £65,000

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor to manage a diverse caseload with a particular emphasis on complex probate matters, the role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility and balance between office presence and remote work.

Role Overview:
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions, demonstrating expertise from initiation to completion. This position is perfect for a dedicated professional with a robust background in conveyancing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage a comprehensive caseload of conveyancing files, including but not limited to sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Deliver expert legal advice, ensuring a seamless and effective conveyancing process for all clients.
* Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts through effective communication and professional conduct.
* Conduct meticulous legal research and ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations.
* Utilize conveyancing software and case management systems efficiently to enhance workflow and client service.
Hybrid Working Model:

Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing a caseload independently.
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer in England and Wales.

* A positive, client-centric attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
