Sales Support Executive
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £10.50 to £10.50
Kerry Collins Recruitment are delighted to represent our client a family friendly integrated Environmental Service provider based in Leicestershire. An opportunity has been presented to join the Sales team as a Sales Support Executive. Supporting the Sales Managers in the field the successful applicant will provide valuable support with the day to day running of customer accounts within the Waste industry client portfolio.
Duties:
- Prospecting for new customers and appointment making.
- Following up sales calls to secure business.
- Quality checking quotes.
- Following up calls to develop client relationships and upsell where possible.
- Chasing further relevant information to complete quotes.
- Liaising with customers, to ensure business needs are met.
- Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics, and other key data.
- Liaising with customers to promote new or improved products
Skills Required for the role:
- Professional and effective Customer service skills to ensure productive customer interactions
- Written and verbal communication skills for clear interactions with customers and Sales Support Supervisor
- Computer literacy, including confident use of CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Accurate data entry skill with a keen eye for detail
- Organisation skills for managing different customer cases simultaneously
- Conflict resolution skills for dealing with challenging customer cases
- Confident telephone manner to prospective customers
Qualifications Required
- Minimum Grade C in English and Maths
- Similar work experience within a sales based environment will be considered
- Knowledge of the Waste industry would be advantageous
Hours of Work:Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm Friday 9am – 3pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £10.5. ph – Temp to Perm
