Job description

We need a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to oversee our sales team and promote revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership qualities, and a comprehensive understanding of sales practices. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and carrying out effective sales strategies in addition to managing a team of sales professionals and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Tasks required by this job includes:
• Develop and put into action sales strategies that support the company's overarching objectives.
• Establish and track individual and collective sales goals.
• Keep an eye on prospective sales and manage sales funnels.
• To enhance their performance, sales staff members ought to receive coaching and mentorship.
• Provide salespeople with regular performance reviews and feedback.
• Analyze sales data to identify patterns.
• Develop and implement training initiatives for sales representatives.
• Keep a watch on competitors and changes in the market.
