Job description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to create an efficient flow of information between our business, design, and technical teams.
You will be instrumental in driving our website redesign project by creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on various other projects within our company, developing technical documents and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure clear processes are in place.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business, design, and technical teams to understand the scope and requirements of products
- Develop and maintain functional specification templates that comprehensively outline product requirements and technical designs
- Generate and contribute to well-structured documentation, including process guidelines, user story descriptions, and acceptance criteria
- Continually improve the usability of documentation and the alignment of internal teams to process guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
The following qualifications and skills are preferable for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM or relevant field
- Relevant experience in technical writing
- Experience working with Product Owners
- Experience working with Strategy and Marketing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of documentation standards and templates
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts

This is a full-time (35 hours a week) position based in our Windsor office. The gross annual salary is £36,000-£44,000, and 28 days leave, exclusive of bank holidays
