Job description

We at Whytematter are excited to once again help with the growth of our client, RIFT's Marketing team, who are working on exciting plans in 2024, especially in the brand area with radio activity on major national channels, TV advertising, social media activity, and in particular, a focus on CRM creative delivery and performance.

This role will need to have a good understanding of CRM to ask the right questions to deliver the best creative, to achieve forecast. They will need to push for testing, performance reviews and align on priorities with the CRM team.

This role will report to the Head of Brand but work closely with the CRM team and external agencies / freelance support. You will have autonomy and responsibility to showcase your talent with freedom to create with purposeful action. It will need a highly driven personality to take ownership and work with a highly experienced and knowledgeable team.

THIS ROLE IS PART TIME- 3 DAYS PER WEEK. CAN BE REMOTE.

 

Main Focus of the Role;

Primary: Be the expert lead on the CRM creative side to deliver excellence and be a driving force on what’s needed to improve our CRM campaigns (from a creative standpoint)

Secondary: Support in brand areas on both creative output and brand project management on an admin / action’s basis.

 

What do you need to do at a glance…

-Have a clear understanding of CRM channel mechanics, benchmarks, testing to be the driver on what’s needed to assess performance and build creative assets on brand to deliver performance targets. Drive CTR, Drive clarity of communication and to also drive CvR down the funnel.

- CRM creative delivery & performance. You will be vital in leading on creative to drive their comms to their customer base and focused on improving retention campaigns and extending the footprint through acquisition channels like refer a friend.

· Working closely with the CRM team to support all campaigns with creative to uplift performance.

· Support the Head of Brand with brand guardianship.

· Create a strong brand identity within CRM activity.

· Drive long-term brand growth through CRM channels via retention and acquisition campaigns.

· Effectively manage relationships with external agencies to support creative delivery.

· Be the playmaker in the brand team to help support 2024 plans when required around CRM focus.

 

 

What we’re looking for in a person:

· Proven track record of delivering on creative.

· Comfortable working autonomously and happy to be held accountable

· Strong CRM channel and creative experience (not design) to work collaboratively on one of our key channels.

· Strong skill set in briefing agencies and managing creative delivery.

· Strong skill set in project management.

· Understanding of the big picture of branding within CRM creative.

· Understanding of data and analysis CRM delivery.

 

Preferred Criteria;

● Experience working with Mailjet.

● Experience within financial services.

● Experience within brand teams.

● Working in an SME business.

● Working remotely (potentially).

● Understanding GA4.

● Understanding of performance metrics
