We are currently recruiting a Procurement Support (Maternity Cover) to join our talented team in Aberdeen, AB21 0BH.
This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months to cover maternity leave within the Arcadion team. The position holder is required to support the Arcadion Team with procurement of spare parts and equipment identification, suitability, pricing, ordering, expediting, warehouse logistics, transport and shipping, for our on-going operations and projects.

Key tasks

⦁ Provide support to the Procurement, Maintenance and Project Teams on a day to day basis.
⦁ Compile quotations and orders from information provided by Maintenance and Customers in line with procedures within quality management system.
⦁ Co-ordinate purchase and deliveries of equipment and spare parts, to coincide with maintenance, project and customer shipping and transportation requirements. 
⦁ Assistance and support with administration of departmental accounts.
⦁ Assist / organise logistics and travel arrangements within the company.
⦁ Co-ordinate any requirements for shipping / deliveries to or from customers.
⦁ Assist with the administrative duties associated with the support of the team.
⦁ Maintain and update tracking registers as required.
⦁ Carry out other or additional tasks within his/her competency or capability as required by Management.
⦁ Ensure all information conforms to required standards and an audit trail can be demonstrated.

Skills / Experience required

⦁ Demonstrate a courteous, professional and supportive attitude to Client and Colleagues.
⦁ To be computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office systems, Ordering systems and e-mail.
⦁ To demonstrate flexibility in the role.
⦁ Have at least 2 year’s experience in a similar position or role preferred.
⦁ A current and valid UK Driving Licence preferred.
⦁ Organisational and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Ability to work under pressure unsupervised and handle a diverse workload.
⦁ Team working and customer focused.
