As a Class Teacher covering maternity leave, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring continuity in the absence of the regular teacher. Position: Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Location: Billericay
Salary Scale: £125-£225
Contract Type: Full-time or Part time available Responsibilities: - As a Class Teacher you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- As a Class Teacher you will assess and provide constructive feedback to students on their progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
- As a Class Teacher you will follow and adhere to school policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Adaptability to deliver effective lessons across different year groups.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
