Job description

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Warwickshire based manufacturing client who are looking for a Finance Director on a permanent basis.

The business in question is in a strong position and you will be joining them at an exciting time in their growth journey, in which you will play a pivotal part.

Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for co–ordinating finance activities across a number of sites, ensuring best practice is instilled with a uniform approach.

You will also be responsible for the following amongst other things:

Consolidating financial information received from different sources for presentation to group
Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
Preparing audit pack
Leading on the business plan for different divisions

This is a senior leadership role within the business and as such, you will need to have demonstrated strong experience in this area.

To be considered for this role, you MUST be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and MUST have experience in a manufacturing setting.

For the right person, this will be an amazing leadership role where you will be instrumental in strengthening the finance operations for the business.

This role requires 5 days on–site with some travel to other sites.
