Job description

The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable on behalf of an electronic parts supplier in Stevenage.

The Role
This role requires someone that can confidently communicate on the phone, works well as part of the accounts payable team and can liaise with other departments within the business when necessary. The role requires a good eye for detail, the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.



The day to day duties of the Accounts Payable will consist of:

Your Profile

This position will ideally suit someone who has a little admin experience and is happy with a processing role. Usage of Infor would be an advantage, but not essential. A knowledge of Microsoft Outlook would be a requirement.

Company

The client provides component engineering support across their franchises, modifying & adapting for your projects, and supporting you throughout the design cycle with experienced technical advisers. They can engineer components to suit your needs, while allowing direct support from the manufacturer.

Salary and Benefits
The Salary for the role of an Accounts Payable based in Stevenage will be paying up to £24k. Fulltime in the office with the hours being 8.30 - 17.00 hours. 25 days holiday with bank holidays and working from home 1 day per week after passing probation (6 months). This is not compulsory
