Salary - Up to 34k basic + bonus OTE Upto £40k
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 1 in 3 paid x1 0800-1300
We have a new vacancy for a Service Advisor for my client’s main dealership in Croydon. Excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a high-performing team. This role suits a Service Advisor looking for a long-term role.

Service advisor role:
Will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
Support the aftersales function and the various staff members in the department such as junior service advisers, and workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day-to-day running of a busy after-sales department.
Upselling any existing products to new and existing customers.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
Ensure all customer enquiries are answered promptly and professionally
Provide advice and support to customers regarding their vehicle
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
Liaise with the workshop to ensure customer requirements are met
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping
Ensure all company processes and procedures are adhered to
Service Advisor Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good administration skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Good time management
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems
Service Advisor Requirements:
Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience in the Automotive Industry.
Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.
Full UK Driving License.
