The role

• This Commercial Litigation department specialise in providing high-quality advice and service to clients.
• You will be tasked with advising on a range of commercial litigation matters including debt claims, contract claims, landlord and tenant disputes, property issues, civil litigation, and contentious probate
• You will be working closely with the 3 partners who lead the team, including the managing partner, presenting a great opportunity to gain exposure and progress within your career.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE
• You will have enthusiasm for commercial litigation matters.
• You will be able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.
• You will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
