This is a great job for someone who loves data and a fast-paced environment. The role supports our rapidly growing Retail business with primary distribution from price comparison websites.

The role will involve working alongside colleagues in trading, pricing, and operational teams to support key management accounting activities alongside driving insight and value to the business.

A bit about the job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a finance analyst to join the Retail team. This role would be on an 6 month fixed term contract and would be a fantastic development opportunity.

The Retail finance team support both Retail and Zero teams, and end to end Motor performance covering £1.5bn GWP and £150m Op Profit.

The role would be shaped around the successful individual with the team covering a wide breadth of different tasks and activities; supporting and understanding the motor valuation; supporting production of premium and non-insurance income forecasts; management of Zero expense base £25m; and supporting direct / PCW / Speciality trading teams.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• General Insurance experience.
• Analytical mindset with the curiosity and enthusiasm to deliver.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced with Excel and good MS office skills.
• Qualified accountant and experience with Clik, TM1 and Finance Data Hub desirable.

• S alary : Circa £55,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
