Job Description
* The central point of contact for employee queries from across the organisation.
* Processes all employment administration throughout the employment lifecycle.
* Assists in the co-ordination of L&D activities and processes.
* Maintains the integrity of the employee database.
* Supports employee self-service for holidays and absence.
The Successful Applicant
- They don't need to have an HR experience, or they can have some exposure to it, but are looking to switch to a career in HR, as full HR training will be given to them.
- We require a team player, who is flexible and approachable.
- To be well organised, a good communicator able to balance competing priorities.
- Able to work with autonomy and under pressure.
- Ability to apply high attention to detail to the work allocated.
- Familiar with and interested in working with databases.
- Experience of HR administration and processes would be an advantage.
