Senior Planner - South East - Outside IR35
Location : South East
Engagement : Ltd company outside IR35
Rate : £450 - £500 per day
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to join a excellent business on a large scale project in the South East.
Our client is looking for a Senior Planner to join them on a large project working on Industrial schemes, mainly to do with the fit-out side of the project
This business values freelance resource and allow management of your own time, the most important thing is that the project is completed with regular updates to the management team.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Planner role:
Reporting into the Planning Manager
Management of the Programme across the Fit out
Working on Asta Powerproject developing programmes from First principles
Reporting to management and the client with updates
Experience required for this Senior Planner role:
Fit Out experience is essential
Project is akin to Pharmaceutical and Food Manufacturing facilities Building
Proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject
Main Contractor experience
