Job description
- Analyse quotations received on internal CAFM software to ensure value for money. Ensure that quotations are received and managed within appropriate timescales.
- Set the standard for information contained in quotations to ensure key decisions can be made quickly and accurately.
- Provide advice to the Maintenance Helpdesk and co-ordinate the necessary involvement of the Regional Surveyors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out within the necessary timescales whilst demonstrating value for money.
- Evaluate expenditure report and recommend actions and improvements as necessary.
- Assist with the creation and upkeep of asset data.
- Audit claims processed ensuring that they are accurate & appropriate in accordance with schedule of rates and contracts.
- Resolve invoicing queries and account issues.
- Liaise with wider internal departments to provide and collate date, reports, documentation and any other required information depending to satisfy the request.
