Job description

IO Interactive is seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role that will support our UK entity. Currently, we are working on two exciting game projects: Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and Project Fantasy, an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre.

As we continue to develop these projects, we require an HR Advisor to support our amazing developers in our Brighton Studio , ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Provide HR advisory services in compliance with UK labour laws, internal processes, and international regulations.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, legal documents, illness overview, and absence talks.
• Handle the employee handbook, collaborate for a positive work environment, and oversee rehabilitation cases.
• Monitor HR budget and address pension and insurance queries.
• Communicate changes in law, processes, or procedures to upper management.
• Manage internal transfers and advise the global HR team on employee relations.
• Participate in projects to enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll changes.

Who you are :

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of HRIS' (we use HiBob).
• Proficient knowledge of UK labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in working within and developing HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
