Job Summary: Are you looking for career progression in primary education?
We require a Class Teacher / Phase Lead to join our team at New Horizons Children’s Academy. The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with experience of teaching either KS1 or KS2 classes, and will be willing to lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice of others across the academy.
The Phase Lead will be responsible, as appropriate, for management and organisation in planning, implementation and co-ordination of the Phase curriculum. They will be responsible for securing the highest possible standards of pupil achievement across the Phase in all curriculum areas through monitoring, evaluating and setting targets for improvement.
Due to flexibility within our current staff, we are inviting applications from both KS1 applicants and KS2 applicants – with the final role allocated to meet the strength of the successful candidate.
