Legal Counsel - Real Estate/Commercial Property - 3PQE+
International Global PE West Midlands, remote working options available PE within Telecoms This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, agile commercial property lawyer to work for global PE within a highly attractive market sector. Reporting into the General Counsel together with the support of the Senior VP, this is a rare opportunity to build your in-house real estate knowledge within a dynamic rapidly scaling business with clear vision to build and develop your career. Working closely with the investments team you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and financing transactions. Previous experience of working in the telecoms sector and a sound knowledge of the 2003 telecoms code (ECC) is highly desirable. You'll be a qualified UK Property Lawyer with circa 3-5 years PQE experience, working in a fast-paced operational environment in-house or private practice. You'll be an interactive, solutions-focused lawyer with an ability to apply commercial acumen to legal problems in order to keep projects moving forward and supporting the Property and Operational Teams to deliver.
