About The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bid Co-ordinator / Junior Bid Manager to join us in allpay’s full end to end bid writing process. Within the role of Bid Co-ordinator / Junior Bid Manager you will collate key information and provide administrative support.
Working with the Bid Manager / Bid Writer to develop first class content and responses for all tenders entered.
Some of the key areas of responsibility within this role are:
- Assisting with responses to various tenders.
- Acting as a key conduit for all tenders related activity.
- Tracking and updating on progress of all tender activity.
- Development of templates and boiler plate content.
- Proactively keep up to date with the competitive marketplace, working closely with market intelligence, sales and product to ensure competitive advantages and strategy are well understood and proposals are shaped around these areas.
- Supporting Bid Manager / Bid Writer in key meetings. Standing in as required for various meetings.
- Working to tight deadlines, providing top quality proof reading and ensuring version control of all content as it is added to and developed.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrable experience and delivery of complex bids and proposals.
- The ability to build excellent working relationships.
- To be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal skills.
- To be educated to A level or equivalent.
- APMP qualified to Foundation level (desirable)
