Excellent opportunity to lead entire operation accountable for a small factory!
Our client is owned by a leading food business who have an international presence and know what good looks like!
As Production Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site which included production (high care and low care), packaging, and despatch!
Leading from the front and offering your expertise, you will need to be an influential leader to make this role a success, providing coaching and mentoring to the team where required.
This role would suit an experienced food production / operations manager who is keen to take full accountability for a small operation.
To be considered for this role, you will have managed operations teams across the food manufacturing sector and have a good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and other H&S and technical challenges that typically come with a food operation.
You will need to be commercially capable and able to present finding, ideas and plans to the GM and up to the wider group.
Please note this role is a Monday-Friday days-based position.
