We are looking for a someone with great Marketing experience in Consumer Goods or Personal Care to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
A fantastic opportunity to work within European Marketing team on the Intuition brand. As the European Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development of brand strategy and vision, championing the brand plan across the company and leads the development and execution of brand communications across Europe.


We are looking for a Brand Champion, someone who has the passion to champion the brand internally and externally with a consumer first mindset.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:


Strategic Brand Planning – Key contributor to brand strategy recommendations, identifying the biggest growth initiatives and brand equity drivers. Supports the investment allocation as part of the Annual Brand Planning process.  


Communications Management – Orchestrate brand visibility and brand communication across all audiences, leading development and execution of European marketing campaigns. Responsible for managing creative & production agencies to deliver on time and to standards. Work closely with local marketing teams and the European digital content team to ensure all materials are both on brand and meeting local needs.  Approve local adaptations to ensure everything remains within brand guidelines.


Innovation Planning – Work closely with Portfolio Manager & Innovation Manager to align on all NPD, ensuring innovation roadmap fits with brand positioning. Support in identifying insight, segmentation, targeting and positioning of any new products including claims, launch messaging and launch channel approach. Co-develop artwork design and internal launch documents and materials.


Brand Analysis and Reporting – Partner and collaborate regularly with local marketing teams to provide in-depth assessment of brand performance, assessing market issues and opportunities, identifying timely solutions where needed. 


Budget Control – Ownership of brand A+P budget including budget tracking/reporting and purchase order control for the brand team.


Continuous Learning – Liaise with local marketing and digital/media teams to evaluate all key marketing campaigns (including ATL/BTL, Sponsorship, PR, Digital Social, SEO/SEM, D2C and In-Store) and product launches. Extract and consolidate key learnings as well as identifying future improvement opportunities. Keep abreast of latest trends and competitor activities.

This is a great opportunity for an experience and passionate Brand Manager who has a talent for Brand execution and is able to influence the market on decisions as well as sell a product to retailers.  

Here’s what we are looking for:

•    Experience in local or global brand management & strategy development within Consumer Goods
•    Experience in marketing campaign development. 
•    Some experience in digital-first campaigns would be an advantage but not a must. Able to manage multiple agencies, craft inspiring briefs, executing a creative plan and evaluating media recommendations.
•    Strategic, action-orientated individual with strong commercial acumen
•    Strong combination of both creative and analytical skills a must; understanding of budgets and product costing, plus ability to proactively gather, analyse and evaluate complex data and insights.
•    Highly organised with strong attention to detail, self-motivated and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including presentations. 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Fluent in English. An additional European language is a plus.
•    Educated to degree level or equivalent
