Are you a dedicated GP looking for a rewarding opportunity in a forward-looking and innovative practice? We have partnered with a Practice, situated in a state-of-the-art purpose-built Health Centre in Eastbourne, who are actively seeking a new team member to join their diverse and expanding group of health professionals.
The Practice are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care in a friendly and healthy environment. They prioritize work/life balance and foster a supportive team dynamic through regular team meetings. Their modern Health Centre is equipped to deliver comprehensive health and social care services, supported by their proactive and embedded ARRS workforce.
Position Details:
* Job Title: General Practitioner (GP)
* Sessions: 2-10 sessions per week depending on your preferences
* Partnership Offer: Newly qualified or experienced with partnership offer, if desired
* Additional Services: Community-based Ultrasound (including in-house DVT scanning) and Vasectomy service.
* Patient List Size: Approx. 7,500 Patients with a very low home visit rate
* Support Team: Experienced Practice Nurses, HCAs, Phlebotomists, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioners, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, and Care Coordinators
* Management Team: Supportive management and multi-administration team focused on continuous improvement.
About You:
* Qualifications: Qualified GP with MRCGP, Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP, and CCT
* Experience: GP experience in primary care environment plus Emis Web, QOF, clinical audit, medicines management, and CCG initiatives experience advantageous.
* Skills: Outstanding clinical knowledge, excellent communication (written and oral), strong IT skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member
* Personal Qualities: Polite, confident, motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, sensitive and empathetic
