Sales Manager - Shelter Hall

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for Shelter Hall!
Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions – the record label for food. We find the most exciting talent in food, produce delicious hits (menus) and take them on tour to neighbourhoods across the country through our food halls, franchise sites and licensing models.
This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 permanent bars split across 2 floors including private cocktail room (Skylark), with private dining and unbeatable outside space along with seasonal pop up bars.
Shelter Hall combines a fantastic choice of cuisines and beverages for our guests, to be either ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team, or at the counter/bar.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of sales strategies to drive growth at Shelter Hall.
We need a commercially minded person and creative events professional to conceptualise, plan and deliver a range of public and private events. We are looking for a true street hustler who will lead on proactive outreach & networking to bring in large and repeat customers to the business.
