Sales Manager - Shelter Hall
£35,000k

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for Shelter Hall!

Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions – the record label for food. We find the most exciting talent in food, produce delicious hits (menus) and take them on tour to neighbourhoods across the country through our food halls, franchise sites and licensing models. 

This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 permanent bars split across 2 floors including private cocktail room (Skylark), with private dining and unbeatable outside space along with seasonal pop up bars. 
Shelter Hall combines a fantastic choice of cuisines and beverages for our guests, to be either ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team, or at the counter/bar. 

The Sales Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of sales strategies to drive growth at Shelter Hall.

We need a commercially minded person and creative events professional to conceptualise, plan and deliver a range of public and private events. We are looking for a true street hustler who will lead on proactive outreach & networking to bring in large and repeat customers to the business.

What will you do?

• Proactively generate relationships and lead on outreach and networking
• Managing key relationships and accounts with corporate business contacts
• Meeting with potential large booking guests and forming strong relationships
• Hosting large events to build strong relationship with clients and ensuring guest satisfaction. Please note this will require some evening and weekend work
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to advertise public events and drive footfall
• Feedback analysis and implementing action plans to the issues we have
• Suggesting improvements to guest experience across the venue
• Any other reasonable requirements

Requirements:

• Experience proactively generating business leads
• Tech savvy, confident with reservations & CRM platforms - we use SevenRooms, airship, Tripleseat
• A confident, friendly, positive attitude
• Well connected within London & Brighton
• Strategic thinker able to elevate the business from the day-to-day where appropriate
• Well-rounded individual able and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary outside of their areas of core responsibility
• Strong commercial acumen with relationship management skills
• Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
• Resilient and loyal
• Flexible working time availability
• Expert level of English language
• Right to work in the UK
