This role would excite someone who has:
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent

Desirable:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant position of residential care of children
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervising and management
• Ofsted rated "Good" or "Outstanding" within most recent inspection

Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Overseeing and ensuring a high quality of care for young people
• Being responsible for the strategic planning for development within the home
• Day-to-day management
• Building on well-established principles
• Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of childcare standards across the company
• Demonstrating practical leadership
• Managing and supporting staff to provide the best care possible
• Facilitate care-focussed training
• Organise work patterns for staff
