Job description

Unlock insights and optimize organisational performance as an HR Data Analyst, where every data point shapes the future of talent management and employee success.

Responsibilities include -

Data – Responsible for the governance of global master HR data, including

validation, management, accessibility and security.

Stakeholder engagement - Acting as subject matter expert and a partner to the

business, including HR stakeholders, by providing a professional, accurate, timely

and consistent service in HR reporting and analytics.

Systems – Responsible for automating obsolete manual processes and for

streamlining existing systems. Also responsible for working with internal and

external stakeholders to ensure consistency of data across integrated systems.

Reporting – Responsible for generation of routine and bespoke reports to support

business needs (such as compensation, sickness absence, training, and

performance data). Also responsible for producing accurate HR reporting for

external and statutory filing (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, ONS).

Analysis and Insights - Responsible for:

thorough analysis of HR data to identify key trends, patterns and

anomalies;

maintaining and creating dashboards to support intelligent business

decision-making;

using predictive analytics to forecast people trends

Project Support – responsible for working with HR Project Team by

providing constructive and collaborative inputs to system development and

implementation and to reporting capability.
