Job description
Reporting to the Senior L&D & Talent Manager, the role of Learning and Skills Manager will oversee a Learning Specialist and will take responsibility for the implementation of a new LMS platform.
Subsequently, you will then lead on ongoing management and development of this system to ensure maximum effectiveness for global colleagues.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Work closely with the Senior L&D Manager on the implementation of a new LMS and integration into the business
- Build and maintain an integrated digital learning environment that is user-friendly and effective for colleagues globally.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the skills gaps within the global group
- Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to collaborate on content development, projects and initiatives related to learning.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and incorporate them into the company's learning ecosystem.
