Your new role
Building the organisation\'s learning offering from the ground up, you will be responsible for:

• Leading on the development of a continuous learning plan for the organisation
• Conducting a training needs analysis
• Developing a management attributes framework
• Working with subject-matter experts to develop relevant training modules
• Where necessary, manage relationships with third-party providers

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be an L&D or HR professional with experience in:

• Designing and delivering learning interventions and training
• Experience conducting training needs analysis
• Proven experience coordinating training and training events
