Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Careers Advisor to join Heron Hall Academy. The Successful candidate will support the implementation of the Academy's careers plan in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
The careers advisor will play an essential role within the Academy, providing students with essential advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions regarding their next steps and future plans. Experience within education is preferable.
One of the North Star Community Trust Academies, Heron Hall Academy is an eight-form entry mixed secondary academy and sixth form. Led by Mr Barzey (The Times UK Headteacher of the Year for 2022-23), we are situated in a diverse and deprived area of Enfield and therefore, applicants that have a community language or knowledge and experience of working within a busy inner city environment will be welcome.
