Job Description
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts.
- Ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Resolving client discrepancies and short payments.
- Conducting credit checks on potential clients.
- Negotiating repayment plans.
- Preparing statements, client status reports and all relevant documentation.
- Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Relevant Credit Control experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- A customer-oriented approach.
- The ability to work effectively within a team.
