An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in
Slough, Berkshire has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located near
Slough, Berkshire as part of a single person team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance .
The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical / Mechanical of a commercial office building providing maintenance to all landlord areas. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 16:00pm / 08:00am to 17:00pm
Plenty of overtime Available
Key duties & Responsibilities - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- AHU's / FCU's
- Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books
Requirements - City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
Package - Up to £45,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications)
