Head Chef, NW5 London £40k + £5k bonus Our client is looking to recruit a creative Head Chef to lead a new kitchen for their independent pub in NW5, London. As part of a growing company, this new site will have a casual, high quality food menu with classics done to a high standard with a pinch of the wow factor. There will a brunch offer on Saturdays and Sundays as well as the best Sunday roasts in the area. As the Head Chef, you will * be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen * create an exciting menu using the highest quality ingredients and produce * build a new team leading from the front * manage budget, costings and ordering * work closely with the GM and Area Manager Kitchen opening hours are from 10am - 10pm Monday - Friday, 9am -10pm Saturday and 9am -9pm Sunday.
