As a Supply Chain Coordinator reporting to the Material Scheduler, the primary purpose of this role is to manage all administrative aspects related to subcontracting and booking at 3PL locations. This includes providing holiday cover for Material Schedulers, resolving invoice queries promptly, coordinating special deliveries with the Warehouse, and overseeing the timely dispatch of goods to 3PLs. The role involves raising transfer orders and critical line purchase orders, monitoring stock at risk, and ensuring seamless 3PL deliveries. The coordinator will act as the main point of contact for discrepancies on 3PL reports, running daily reports to enhance supplier and inbound performance, and resolving on-hold items collaboratively with Technical, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams. Additionally, you will contribute to fostering a food safety culture and adhere to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator at all levels, possessing prior experience in the FMCG or a similar fast-paced working environment. Experience in dealing with multiple departments is essential. The candidate should exhibit a continuous improvement mentality, resilience, patience, and a drive to learn and improve.
