The role: Are you a Real Estate Finance Solicitor 1-2 years PQE looking to develop your technical skills with the support of a high-performing team? If so, this Exeter firm would like to hear from you. Your work will primarily focus on the financing elements of property transactions and as such you will need to have a good grasp of how to manage a real estate transaction from start to finish. From advising on dispositions, securities, leases and documentation related to real estate finance you will support top-quality clients with all property-related funding requirements. Specific tasks will include drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, managing conditions precedent processes, inter-creditor arrangements, and any issues which arise relating to banking transactions. Clients include some of the most highly regarded investors and financial institutions, banks and lenders in the country. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of these clients and build a strong reputation as an expert in banking and finance law.
