Job description
PSR is working with a commercial main contractor. Operating in the industrial sector in Greater Manchester. We have been asked to source a Quantity Surveyor to join the project team from inception to final account.
Candidates with JCT form of contract experience in any construction field will be considered for the role.
Duties Include:
Procurement and letting of sub-contract packages
Sub-contract account management
Monthly valuations and variations
Monthly reporting
Internal liaison
Administration of NEC form of contracts
Salary & Package
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience. Candidates whom have undertaken a similar role previously, with an equivalent contractor should be able to achieve the higher end of the salary bracket
