Senior Practitioner – Family Support & Protection
£43,477 to £52,302 per annum
Harlow, Essex

Our local Authority Client is looking for a Senior Practitioner within their Family Support & Protection team to manage complex cases, and provide expert guidance to your colleagues. Your role will go beyond everyday social work. You’ll handle a higher level of risk, mentor and advise your fellow team members, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements throughout the area you are responsible for.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, hold a recognised social work qualification, and be able to showcase a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of all relevant legislation, regulations and guidance.
