Base Salary: 70,000.00 - 90,000.00

Job Description:
Our client is currently on the lookout for a full-time Qualified Solicitor, and they are particularly interested in individuals who hold dual qualifications in both English and Scottish Law, preferably with a specialisation in property law. This opportunity comes at an exciting juncture for our client, and they are eager to welcome a professional with the right qualifications and expertise to join their team.
Primary responsibilities involve:
- Thoroughly examining property titles.
- Skillfully negotiating and finalising a variety of legal agreements.
- Providing informed legal advice to the broader team.
- Coordinating seamlessly with external partners.
- Developing and overseeing the application of templates for efficient processes within the team.
- Offering comprehensive legal support to the entire team and affiliated businesses.
Essential Requirements: - Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years as a solicitor in the property sector.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- High proficiency in IT.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, show initiative, and collaborate seamlessly within a team.
