Team: Engagement & Retention

Job Status/Type: Permanent

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) 

Location: Hybrid - Stafford (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

The role

Do you have experience within marketing? Do you have a great eye for detail? Do you want to use, enhance and learn a broad range of different marketing skills? If you answered yes to any of these questions then we would like to meet you. 

 

We’re looking for a proactive, experienced candidate to join our friendly, high functioning team. Within this role you will need to be a great communicator and be able to work well under pressure.

 

It’s a diverse and exciting role where your perspective and input will be truly valued. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of multi-channel campaigns that support our marketing strategy. You will take ownership of multiple marketing initiatives that help improve the engagement and retention of our members.

  Key responsibilities:

Develop and deliver communications across multiple channels including email, social media, app and website

· Use segmentation techniques to decide on target audiences for communications

· Create and develop strategic goals for your areas of accountability

· Create and perform A/B test plans to continually learn and improve

· Project manage initiative development towards a broad team objective

· Forecast investments to ensure they provide value for cost and effort

· Monitor performance data and KPIs to optimise campaigns, identify opportunities and develop initiatives

· Support management in the day-to-day operations of the team and deputize in their absence

· Work with internal stakeholders (UX/Design, Acquisition, Partnerships, BI and more) to deliver initiatives
