Job description
CSS are recruiting for a Rework Coordinator to join our clients team on a permanent basis located in Earls Colne.
Supervise employees and direct work as they undertake activities related to returns and re-works
Ensure returns and reworks are completed in a timely and effective manner, and that our client’s compliance is adhered to
Ensure employees adhere to Health & Safety regulations and relevant laws
Monitor employee performance to ensure they are meeting company standards
Monitor warehouse housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe work area is maintained
Picking accurately from locations and notifying the fulfilment manager or warehouse manager of any shortages
Packing customer orders
Supervision of container loading and unloading
Forklift truck driving
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Have previous warehouse experience or proven experience with a leadership position in a similar role
Have excellent communication skills
Have proven leadership and employee management skills
Have knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
Hold a valid Forklift Licence
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:30pm
40 hours per week
Salary
£25,000 per annum
