Job description

A leading law firm is recruiting for a Court of Protection Lawyer (qualified solicitor, legal executive or paralegal) with up to around three years’ experience to join its team in Merseyside and enjoy unrivalled flexibility and progression.

This role is unmissable in terms of the salary for the level of seniority, plus you’ll have access to a fantastic progression framework.

You’ll be able to enjoy a hybrid working package of 50%.

You will manage a ready caseload of property and finance Court of Protection work, referred via the firm’s successful clinical negligence team.
