An exciting newly launched legal business based in South Manchester, is looking to recruit two Claims Handlers to join them.
As well as a competitive salary (plus the chance to increase your take-home pay with commission), this role offers fantastic flexibility. You’ll also work completely remotely.
This is a role with significant social impact, as you will be responsible for taking new enquiries over the phone about potential personal injury and clinical negligence claims and being the key point of liaison between the client and the lawyer. As such, you’ll play a vital role in helping the client gain access to justice.
The ideal candidate would have existing experience of working in a similar role within a law firm. You must have an empathetic manner, strong customer service skills and confidence in handling conversations over the telephone.
