Job description
Nanny needed for 6 year old twins in Virginia Water. The hours would be on average 40 per week - generally around 30 hours during term time and maximum 53-55 hours during school holidays.
Someone local would work best as there is a gap in the day where you can do your own thing! The Nanny is required to work from 7am until 8.05am (when you will drop the children at their private school which is a 20 minute drive away) . You will then be free until 1-2pm when you will be required to return to the house and complete Nursery duties (children's washing, organisation, food prep, school organisation, children's PA duties etc etc) Pick up time is 3.15 x 2 days a week and 4pm x3 days per week due to clubs. You will then finish at 6.30pm . During school holidays hours will be 7.30-6.30 when you will be expected to organise lots of fun activities catering to both interests. The family have employed Norlanders in the past and are used to this kind of standard and attention to detail. A Norland qualification is not essential and the family understand that now the children are slightly older that a candidate with a different level of qualification (ie teaching) may be more suitable. The candidate must be be fluent in English due to homework expectations and ideally be educated to degree level. A proactive candidate who is happy to be outdoors and playing sports and equally happy inside crafting would be great. A driver is essential (full clean licence) and a car can be provided for work use or the Nanny can use their own . Salary will be paid on a gross annual basis and will accommodate the flexible hours, we have indicated a guide but this is negotiable for the right person. The children attend a top private school and someone with knowledge and experience of this would be appreciated as you will be the school's main point of contact.
